"Recently assigned to this office as previous agent retired. I called the office on 2/7/25 before 2pm, had to leave a voice mail as no one answered the phone. No returned call on 2/7 or 2/10 or 2/11. As I had not gotten any response by 11am on 2/11, I called again to speak with someone. A male assistant (not Mr Goeser) told me that they were too busy to look up my policy to give me a specific answer to my question but did offer a generic answer. He then quickly ended the phone call. Since this office is too busy to return calls or to look up my policy to give a specific answer, it is quite clear they do not value me as a customer. I will find a different agent that will offer better customer service. Worst customer service I’ve had with State Farm in over 40 years as a customer."

"I like working with State Farm, but this office was a wreck. I was constantly on hold and the few times I spoke with a receptionist she was short with me and rather unhelpful. This office has lots of areas of improvement and is not a great representation of the brand overall."

"I requested a certificate of workers compensation insurance a customer requires. Kurt’s office emails the customer saying we don’t have Workers Comp. We absolutely do have workers comp with State Farm. I call the insurance office and tell them I have a major problem and I want a Call from Kurt. The day goes by with no call from Kurt. Moving coverage to another agency ASAP."
